Analisis Faktor Yang Berhubungan Dengan Kinerja Perawat Di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Kabupaten Muna

The standar is a desired performance level that can be achieved and where the actual
work can be compared to give a hint where performance is not suitable or not acceptable.
Standards of nursing practice is a statement about what is needed to run as a registered nurse
for nursing professionals.
The purpose of research is to obtain information and Analysis Factors Related to the
perfomance of nurses in the District General Hospital (RSUD) in Muna, South Sulawesi
Province in terms of aspects of service innovation, development of nurses job satisfaction,
compensation, and communication skills.
This study used a cross sectional studyd design, which is a study which aimed to
identify the characterisitics and particular characteristics of the respondent of the general
characteristics and particular characteristics, with a sample of 34 nurses. Collecting data
using questionnaires. Interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed by univariat,
bivariate, and multivariate analyzes.
The results showed that of the five variables (innovation services nurses, nurse
competencies, job satisfaction, compencation, and communication skills of nurses) were all
significantly associated with the performance of nurses through bivariate test and
performance- related variabel that most nurses in the inpatient unit of the Hospital (RSUD) in
Muna. Is a nurse communication skilss.
