Implementasi Sistem Rujukan BPJS Kesehatan di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Syekh Yusuf Kabupaten Gowa

The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research with research informants, namely Syekh Yusuf Hospital staff who are responsible for implementing the online referral system for BPJS Health participants. The number of informants was 9, and the informants' decisions were based on health workers in the business area of Shekhyusuf Hospital, and through purposeful sampling, duties and responsibilities were fulfilled in the client system. Data collection was carried out through in-depth interviews with informants according to interview guidelines. The collected data was transcribed based on the results of the interviews, then coded, processed, and presented in the form of tables and narratives.In implementing the online recommendation system, the results of the study of input categories, management conditions of the recommendation system, diagnostic inconsistencies and poly objectives, comfort for patients and health workers in network conditions. The referral system process category includes communication between health facilities. And the output category has notes and reports. Keywords: BPJS Health, Referral, Hospital
