Pengaruh Perilaku Pemimpin Dan Kompensasi Terhadap Prestasi Kerja Karyawan Pada Hotel Grand Zindy Di Pangkajene Sidrap

This study aims to determine whether the variable leader behavior and
compensation simultaneously affect employee performance at the Grand Zidny
Hotel in Pankajene Sidrap and to determine the dominant leader behavior
variable or compensation that affects employee performance at the Grand Zidny
Hotel in Pankajene Sidrap.
This research is a qualitative data research, namely data in the form of
information related to the problem being researched and quantitative data,
namely data in the form of numbers, such as the number of employees at the
Grand Zindy Pankajene Sidrap Hotel.

The results showed that: 1. Variable X1 (Leadership) and variable X2
(Compensation) simultaneously or simultaneously had a significant effect on
employee performance at the Grand Sidny Sidenreng Rappang Hotel. This can
be seen from the results of Fcount > Ftable (19,162 > 3,316) and the si level.
0.000 < 0.05. Employees who are experts in their work will feel happy in doing
what they are responsible for. Based on the results of the t-test (partial), the
leadership variable (X1) value tcount > ttable 3,112 > 2,042 and sig. 0.004 <
0.05. Compensation variable (X2) the value of tcount ttable 2,996 > 2,042 and
sig. 0.005 < 0.05. From these results it can be seen that the two independent
variables have a significant effect on the dependent variable, namely employee
performance. The dominant variable affecting employee performance at the
Grand Sidny Sidenreng Rappang Hotel is the X1 (Leader) variable.
