Uji Efektivitas Antibakteri Ekstrak Daun Dadap Ayam (Erythrina variegata L.) Terhadap Staphylococcus aureus

Research has been conducted on the Antibacterial Effectiveness Test of
Dadap Ayam Leaf Extract (Erythrina variegata L.) against Staphylococcus
aureus. This study aims to determine the effect of effective concentration
of Dadap Ayam Leaf (Erythrina variegate L.) extract against
Staphylococcus aureus. The type of research used is a laboratory
experimental study which is a laboratory study to test the effectiveness of
the Dadap Ayam Leaf extract against the growth of Staphylococcus
aureus. The results showed that Dadap Ayam Leaf extract was effective
as an antibacterial in inhibiting the growth of Staphylococcus aureus. The
most effective results were at a concentration of 1.5% w/v with an average
zone of inhibition of 13.33 mm. Based on statistical tests using SPSS 24
(Statistical Product and Service Solutions) and Analysis of Variance
(ANAVA) showed a significant (significant) difference between treatments
at the level of P = 0.000 <0.05.
