Poverty alleviation programs are often carried out by the government to help the people who are less able to include help poor rice (Raskin). But Raskin is often misses the point, because of the people who are still classified as another. The absence of clear data and the difficulty of obtaining data spread of poverty resulting from government aid is misdirected and could be abused by certain parties. Of these problems can be corrected by building an information system to determine the geographical position and attach the data ril poor people in Sub Pallangga Gowa.
