Efektifitas penerapan protokol kesehatan pada covid-19 di lingkungan kerja PT Lottemart Panakukang Kota Makassar

The development of covid-19 in Indonesia, until now is still increasing in number. Due to the increase in covid-19 cases, the government implements various policies in the form of PSBB, lock down, restrictions on a limited scale, social distancing, new normal, obeying health protocols and other policies. However, there are several activities outside the home that are still running, one of which is the activity of buying and selling basic household needs Retail businesses and employees are at risk of contracting and transmitting Covid-19 so there needs to be compliance with health protocols to suppress the spread of Covid-19.This study aims to analyze factors that affect the effectiveness of the implementation of health protocols in covid-19 in the working environment of PT Lotte Mart Panakukang makassar city This research method is observational analytics with cross-sectional study design. The study was conducted from June to August 2021.The population referred to in this study is all employees who are in the working environment of PT Lotte Mart Panakukang makassar city as many as 120 employees. The sample referred to in this study is some employees who are in the working environment of PT Lotte Mart Panakukang makassar city.The results showed that of 54 respondents, 77.8% implemented health protocols and 22.2% did not implement health protocols. Based on the results of the analysis conducted, it can be concluded that attitude (p=0.002), workload (p=0.002), facility availability (p=0.009), and health protocol policy (p=0.001) have an effect on the implementation of health protocols on covid-19 in PT Lotte Mart's work environment. The transmission of Covid-19 is very fast so it is necessary to hold education to employees related to the causes of Covid-19 transmission including conducting health protocols by implementing 6 M.
