Analisis Faktor Yang Berhubungan Dengan Kejadian DBD di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kabupaten Pangkep

Until now, Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is still a common disease in
Indonesia. The number of DHF in South Sulawesi Province, the frequency of
DHF in inpatient polyclinics was 24,117 cases with 754 fatalities (Ministry of
Health RI, 2016), in Pangkep Regency was 157 cases from every 2015, an
increasing case in 2018 was 266 and a case expansion was 1,222 in 2019
(Pangkep District Health Office). This study is expected to be able to determine
several variables identified with the incidence of dengue hemorrhagic fever at the
Pangkep Regional General Hospital. This kind of exploration is a perception that
utilizes a review and meeting strategy with a cross sectional methodology.
Examples in this investigation were 128 people. The examination method used
was Cluster Sampling. Information was collected through encounters and direct
perception of hatchlings' assessments. Information investigation strategy used the
chi-square measured test and to determine the size of the hazard used the
proportion of penetrating power. The results showed that there was no relationship
between respondent information and the frequency of DHF (p = 0.558; RP = 0.76;
95% CI = 0.315 – 1.867), there was a relationship between the extermination of
mosquito houses and 3M other than (p = 0.027; RP = 2, 5 ; 95% CI = 1.099 –
5.876), there is a relationship between the tendency of balancing clothes with the
number of DHF (p = 0.010; RP = 3.0; 95% CI = 1.277 – 7.092), there is a
relationship between the use of insect repellent with the incidence DHF (p =
0.003; RP = 3.6; 95% CI = 1.504 – 8.780), and the number of free hatchlings for 3
birds in the drum, bath, container was 70 (54.7%) no hatchlings and 57 (45 ,3%)
there are hatchlings, for this situation the hatchling free rate near the health clinic
is in the helpless class. Following the inspection, the proposed idea is to schedule
regional administration twice a week, repair waste, build pathways, develop water
storage banks, consistently inspect hatchlings and promote 3M programs beyond
the general climate, providing education on the best ways to prevent dengue fever.
