Analisis Strategi peningkatan Pelaksanaan Patient Safety Di Ruang Rawat Inap RSU Wisata UIT Makassar

Patient Safety is a public health problem affecting the level of
development of a country. Patient Safety was enacted in 2004 to mobilize
global efforts to improve health safety for patients in all member countries
of the World Health Organization (WHO). The type of research used by the
researcher is quantitative research with cross sectional. The results
showed that increasing the accuracy of patient identification had a
significant relationship with increasing patient safety at UIT Tourism
Hospital with a p value of 0.003 < value = 0.05, reducing the risk of falling
had a significant relationship to increasing patient safety at UIT Tourism
Hospital with a value of p value = 0.001 < value = 0.05, reducing the risk of
infection has a significant relationship with increasing patient safety at UIT
Tourism Hospital with p value = 0.006 < value = 0.05. And the most
related variable to the improvement of the implementation of patient safety
at UIT Tourism Hospital is the accuracy of patient identification with the
highest t-count value of 5.460 and the low sig value of 0.000. so it is
recommended to nurses for the implementation of patient identification
accuracy is good but needs to be improved again, as well as other
variables.
