Faktor Risiko Terhadap Kejadian Hipertensi pada Ibu Hamil di Puskesmas Salugatta Kabupaten Mamuju Tengah

Hypertension in pregnancy is a non-communicable disease that
causes maternal death. Several risk factors have been described as
predisposing to hypertensive disorders in pregnancy worldwide, such as
family history of pre-eclampsia, pre-eclampsia in previous pregnancies,
multifetal pregnancy, obesity, nulliparity, diabetes, chronic hypertension,
and extremes of maternal age, knowledge, and prenatal care. The
purpose of the study was to determine the risk factors for the incidence of
hypertension in pregnant women at Puskesmas Salugatta Kabupaten
Mamuju Tengah. This research uses analytical survey research method
and case control study design. Sampling using purposive sampling with a
total sample of 79 mothers. Collecting data using observation sheets and
analyzed using Odds Ratio. The results showed that the risk factors for
hypertension in pregnant women were maternal age (OR=6,375 CI95%
1.694-23.978), gravidity (OR=2.508 CI95% 0.718-8.769), nutritional status
(OR=29,944 CI95% 3.604-248.771), family history (OR=5.040
CI95%31.246-20.383). The conclusion in this study is that maternal age,
gravidity, nutritional status, and family history are risk factors for the
incidence of hypertension at the Puskesmas Salugatta Kabupaten Mamuju
Tengah.
