Kinerja Pegawai Pada Dinas PSDA Unit Pelaksana Teknis UPT Belawa Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang

This study research to find out how the performance of
employees in the General Division of the Department of
Education, Youth, and in performing the task related the
administrating letters, archive management, and management of
facilities and infrastructure.
This research is a descriptive research with quantitative
approach. The research population is all employees in General
Division of Education, Youth and Sports Department of 25
employees. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and
documentation. Data are displayed with percentages and used
analyzed descriptive.
Based on the results of this research, can be concluded that: 1) the performance of employees in administrating letters
categorized as less good with the percentage of 57.1% (4 respondents of 7 respondents), which can be seen from the
absence of signature on the expedition book and the absence of a
receipt on the incoming mail, (2) the performance of employees in
the managing archives categorized good with the percentage of
87,5% (7 respondents) of 8 respondents, which can be seen from
the precision in sorting the receipts, the accuracy in storing the
archives, timely in formatting the form of loan and archive returns,
the completeness of maintenance equipment, and the timeliness of
carrying out the maintenance of the archive (3) the performance of employees in the managing of facilities and infrastructure categorized as less good with the percentage of 60% (6 respondents of 10 respondents), which can be seen in planning
the facilities and infrastructure that did not notice the maintenance
although the planned is accordance with the needs, and incomplete
bookkeeping, and not on time. Keywords: employee performance, letter administration,
