Faktor-faktor yang Berhubungan Dengan Penyakit Kanker Payudara di Rumah Sakit Umum Wisata Universitas Indonesia Timur Makassar

Breast Cancer is a cancer derived from the gland, glandular, and breast
support network Which one. The cells in the breast grow and develop
uncontrollably. Breast cancer is not yet known, but there are some risk factors that
can cause breast cancer disease, hormones, lifestyle, and environment. The
purpose of this study is to determine the relationship of genetic factors, hormones
and lifestyle of breast cancer.
This study used descriptive analytic with cross sectional approach with the
population that is all patients who have breast cancer disease that is treated in
inpatient wards of rose room General Hospital of UIT Makassar Tourism. With a
total sample of 34 respondents.
Based on the results of the study obtained respondents who have a
relationship between the genetic with breast cancer disease as much as 22
respondent (64.7%), and who have no relationship between genetic with breast
cancer as much as12 respondents(35.3%). which in which the results of the
analysis showed a relationship between genetic with breast cancer with a value of
P = 0.3, r= .394. Respondents who have anthropogenic relationship with breast
cancer as much as 14 respondents( 41.2%) and who have no relationship
between hormone with breast cancer as much as 20 respondents (58.8%) with
value P = 440. Respondents who have a relationship between lifestyle with breast
cancer as much as 29 respondnts (85.3%) and who have no relationship between
lifestyle with breast cancer as much as 5 respondents (14.7%) with a value of P =
591 , r= 405
Based on research yanag done got that is Genetic is risk factor have
relation with disease of breast cancer, while hormone and lifestyle not related to
breast cancer at General Hospital of Tourism UIT Makassar. Through this
research is expected that women can control breast health by doing self�examination (BSE).
