Faktor yang Berhubungan Dengan Kepuasan Pasien di Unit Rawat Inap Bedah Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Syekh Yusuf Kabupaten Gowa

The outcome of health care is patient satisfaction. According to data obtained from Syekh Yusuf Regional Hospital, visits from Syekh Yusuf Hospital, Gowa Regency, saw 2,710 patients visiting surgical inpatients in 2019, whereas in 2020 there was a decrease due to Covid-19 with the number of patients being 1,417 surgical inpatients, and in 2021 there was a decrease with the number of patients being 2,589 patients. The purpose of this study is to see if there is a link between service quality, amenities, hospital characteristics, and communication at Syekh Yusuf Gowa Regional Hospital. This study employs quantitative methods. A cross-sectional study technique is used in this research. The findings of this study were derived from survey results received from a questionnaire completed by 103 people. The findings of this study demonstrate that 1) statistical analysis and the Chis-Square test suggest that the p value = 0.000 (0.05). This implies that there is a link between service quality and surgical inpatient satisfaction.2) The Chis- Square test statistical analysis findings suggest that the p value = 0.000 (0.05). This is a link between facilities and surgical inpatient patient satisfaction. 3) The statistical examination of the Chis-Square test results suggest that the p value = 0.82>(0.05). This suggests that there is no link between hospital features and surgical inpatient patient satisfaction. 4) The Chis-Square test statistical analysis results suggest that the p value = 0.000 (0.05).
