Analisis Faktor Yang Behubungan Dengan Kepuasan Pasien Terhadap Pelayanan Poli Paru DI Rumah Sakit Umum Daya Makassar

Hospitals need to provide services in accordance with what patients expect. With appropriate services, patient expectations regarding a service can be met or even exceed their expectations, thereby giving rise to patient satisfaction. The aim of this research is to analyze factors related to patient satisfaction with pulmonary clinic services at Daya Makassar General Hospital. This research is a type of quantitative research with a Cross Sectional Study design. The population in this study were pulmonary polypatients in December 2023 – January 2024, totaling 300 patients. The sample in this study was calculated using a sample size calculation using the Slovin formula so that a sample size of 75 respondents was obtained. The sampling technique uses incidental sampling technique. The data analysis techniques used are univariate, bivariate and multivariate. The variables in this research are tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy The research results show that all variables are Tangible (Physical Evidence), Reability (Reliability), Responsiveness (Responsiveness), Assurance (Guarantee) and Emphaty (empathy). has an effect on the satisfaction of pulmonary polypatients at Daya Makassar General Hospital with a P value ≤ 0.05 and the most influential variable in this study is the Emphaty variable.
