Analisis Kualitatif Daya Saing dalam Pemberian Pelayanan Kesehatan di RSUD Anuntaloko Kabupaten Parigi Moutong Sulawesi Tengah

Hospitals are health services that continue to increase along with
competition between hospitals. The existence of human resources, in this case
health workers, is the backbone of a hospital as a competitive force. In order to
realize good organizational performance, a quality and qualified health service
support facility is needed. This study aims to determine the Qualitative Analysis of
Competitiveness in Providing Health Services at Anuntaloko Hospital, Parigi
Moutong Regency Central Sulawesi through aspects of human resources, facilities
and the threat of new hospitals.
This research is included in the category of field research with a
qualitative research approach. The informants in this study were 3 people who
were determined purposively. The research data obtained through the interview
process were analyzed with the stages of data reduction, presentation and
conclusion.
The results of the study showed that human resources and facilities owned
by Providing Health Services at Anuntaloko Hospital, Parigi Moutong Regency
Central Sulawesi were adequate with a relatively strong level of strength as
competitiveness in providing health services, and so far the new hospital has not
become a threat due to its several advantages.
