Uji Daya Hambat Hand Sanitizer Sediaan Gel Terhadap Staphylococcus aureus

A research has been conducted on the test of the inhibitory power of hand
sanitizer gel preparations against Staphylococcus aureus. The purpose of
the study was to determine the ability of the gel preparation to inhibit the
growth of Staphylococcus aureus. Hand sanitizer gel preparations were
formulated with several concentrations of active substances, namely 0.5%
w/v, 1% w/v, and 2% w/v, with the positive control being Antis. The results
of observations of hand sanitizer gel preparations are able to provide an
inhibitory effect against Staphylococcus aureus. Hand sanitizer gel
preparations with a concentration of 2% w/v provide optimal results with
the largest inhibition zone diameter
