Analisis Kandungan Niacin Pada Sari Buah Belimbing Wuluh (Averrhoa bilimbi L.) Dengan Metode Spektrofotometri Visibel

This study aims to analyze the content of niacin (vitamin B3) contained in Wuluh starfruit juice (Averrhoa bilimbi L.) with the Visible Spectrophotometry method. This type of research is an experimental laboratory, with a research design using linear regression to analyze the content of niacin in starfruit juice (Averrhoa bilimbi L.) with Visible Spectrophotometry. The results obtained can be concluded that the qualitative test results of Wuluh starfruit juice (Averrhoa bilimbi L.) positively contain niacin (vitamin B3). The results of quantitative testing of Wuluh starfruit juice (Averrhoa bilimbi L.) showed that the first measurement was 0.4817 mg / 100 gram, the second measurement was 0.4849 mg / 100 gram and the third measurement was 0.4838 mg / 100 gram .
