Isolasi Dan Identifikasi Senyawa Flavonoid Ekstrak Etanol Kulit Batang Pohon Galah-Galah Putih (Sebasnia grandiflora) Secara Kromotografi Lapis Tipis Dan Spektrofotometri Uv- Vis

This study aims to determine the chemical content of flavonoids from ethanol extract of white galah-galah tree bark (Sebasnia grandiflora) iby UVi-iVis spectrophotometryi. iIn this istudyi, a ipreliminary test iwas carried out with the addition of concentrated Mg and HCl, showing an orange yellow color so that it contains positive flavonoids. Then identified by TLC so that the appearance of a single stain on fraction A which is green on a UV lamp with a wavelength of 366 nm, then the absorption is measured on uv-vis spectrophotometry so that the absorption is 220.6 with an adsorbent value of 2.570 on band I and a wavelength of 312. , 8 nm and showed an absorbent value of 0.972 on band II.
