Uji Efek Antiinflamasi Ekstrak Daun Bangun-Bangun (Coleus amboinicus Lour.) Terhadap Mencit (Mus musculus) Asal Kota Makassar

A research entitled Anti-Inflammatory Effect Test of Bangun-Bangun Leaf
Extract (Coleus amboinicus Lour.) Against Mice (Mus musculus) has been
conducted. The formulation of the problem from the research that has
been done is whether the extract of the leaves of the wake-up (Coleus
amboinicus Lour.) Has anti-inflammatory properties and at what
concentration has the greatest anti-inflammatory effect. The method used
in this study for the process of obtaining extracts using the maceration
method. The results of the analysis using the Completely Randomized
Design (CRD) method showed that giving leaves extracts with a
concentration of 1% w / v, 2% w / v, 3% w / v, giving Na.CMC 1% w / v
and giving Na. Diclofenac as a positive control had a significant effect or
there was a significant difference in the effect of anti-inflammatory effects
in mice, because the analysis showed that Fcount was greater than
Ftable. Based on the research conducted, it can be concluded that the
administration of the leaves extract (Coleus amboinicus Lour.) With a
concentration of 3% w / v has the greatest anti-inflammatory effect but is
not as big as the administration of diclofenac sodium 0.02% w / v as a
positivecontrol.
