Analisis Kadar Fosfor Dalam Pasta Gigi Anak Dengan Menggunakan Metode Spektrofometri Sinar Tampak

The study aims to determine the levels of phosphorus in Toothpaste child is to meet the Indonesian National Standard (SNI), this study include measurements of levels of child Toothpaste samples are then dissolved in a suitable solvent. The analysis was conducted qualitatively and quantitatively. Qualitative analysis of the results obtained 3 brand samples (A), (B) and (C) a positive containing phosphorus according to the library and two brands of negative samples that contain the phosphorus that is (D) and (E). While the quantitative analysis using spectrophotometry methods rays appear with a wavelength of 650 nm is obtained an average grade of samples Toothpaste Brands child (A): 0.0892mg/g, (B): 0.0956mg/g, and (C): 0.1084mg/g, the results of all three can be concluded that the samples of toothpaste containing phosphorus child has met Stanndar Nasional Indonesia (SNI) is a sum of 500-1000 mg / L and good for use by children because it has met the Indonesian National Standard (SNI).
