Hubungan Antara Dukungan Keluarga Terhadap Pemberian Kolostrum Oleh Ibu Post Partum Pada Masa Pandemi Covid 19 Di Wilayah Puskesmas Poleang Kabupaten Bombana 2022

Breastfeeding is the first time given to baby which are called is colostrum the many immune contains subtances , especially immunoglobulin A (IgA) which ptotects the baby from infectious diseases. Colostrum that comes out on the first day until the third day contains immune substances to protect the baby from infections diseases, such as acute respiratory infections, diarrhea and other infections diseases. The immune substance form a defensive fort in the most at risk in affected area with germs that is mucous membrane of the lungs, throat, and intestine (Puwanti & Muwakhidah,2017). Colostrum is a yellow liquid and watery or can be said clear, more like blood than ordinary milk. Because contains living cells like as leukosit and can kill germs that cause disease. (Roesli, 2008). The purposive of this research find out The conecttion betwen family support to giving colostrum by post partum mothers at the time Covid 19 Pandemic in the poleang public health center area, bombana district 2022. This research method uses analytical design withCross sectional Study project. Population in research were post partum mother as many as sixty respondents . the sample in this research used purposive sampling with characteristics where the total sample as many forty eight respondents. Data taking on this research using a questionnaire., data analysis using univariat and bivariat analysis (Chi-Square). Based on results of data analysis with Chi-Square Test obtained P Value 0,001< ɑ 0,005 it means H0 in rejected so as can be concluded that there is a significant conection with family support with to giving colostrum by post partum mother at the time Covid 19 Pandemic in the poleang public health center area, bombana district 2022 Keywords : Family Support, colostrum, covid 19 pandemic References list : 19 (2017-2021)
