Hubungan Pengetahuan Dan Sikap Ibu Hamil Tentang Mengkonsumsi Daun Kelor Terhadap Kejadian Anemia pada Kehamilan

Knowledge is the result of knowing, namely information or information that
is known or realized by someone that is obtained by humans through
observation of reason. Attitude is defined as regularity in terms of feelings
(affection), thoughts (cognition), and predisposition of one's actions
(conation) towards an aspect of the surrounding environment. Moringa
leaves can be used to prevent anemia because it has a high iron content.
Anemia is a condition when the body lacks healthy blood cells. One of the
causes of anemia is lack of iron consumption. The body needs iron to
make hemoglobin, a protein in red blood cells that carries oxygen from the
lungs to all parts of the body, and myoglobin, a protein that provides
oxygen to the muscles. anemia in pregnancy. The type of research is an
analytic survey with a cross sectional study approach. The sample is
pregnant women who come to check their pregnancy at the Rumbia
Health Center as many as 55 people with purposive sampling technique.
The results showed that there was a relationship between the knowledge
of pregnant women about consuming Moringa leaves and the incidence of
anemia in pregnancy with p value = 0.021 <0.05, there was a relationship
between the attitudes of pregnant women about consuming Moringa
leaves to the incidence of anemia in pregnancy with p value = 0.002 < 0,
05.
The conclusion is that there is a relationship between knowledge and
attitudes of pregnant women about consuming Moringa leaves to the
incidence of anemia in pregnancy at the Rumbia Health Center, Rumbia
District, Jeneponto Regency.
