Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan dan Citra Rumah Sakit Terhadap Kepuasan Pasien Rawat Inap Pada RSUD Kabupaten Muna

Maximal service represent the shares which require to be considered by
for the shake of develop building of satisfaction of hospital patient. This research
is executed with an eye to: (1). To know the effect of service quality on inpatient
satisfaction at Muna Regional General Hospital. (2). To know the effect of
hospital image on inpatient satisfaction. (3) To know the effect of service quality
and hospital image together on inpatient satisfaction. This research is inclusive of
quantitative research type. The research data was obtained by distributing
questionnaires to 35 inpatients. Research data done by doubled test regresi
Result of research showing that: (1). Service quality have an effect on
positive and signifikan to patient satisfaction at Muna Regional General Hospital.
Its meaning, if other variables are constant, inpatient satisfaction will increase
every change in reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and physical
evidence provided by health workers by 44 percent; (2). Hospital image have an
effect on positive and signifikan to patient satisfaction. Its meaning, if other
variables are constant, inpatient satisfaction will increase every change in the
positive impression of the community, hospital attributes or facilities, reputation
of health workers, and health services by 52 percent. (3) Variable of service
quality and hospital image by together own the influence signifikan to inpatient
satisfaction with a large effect of 86.40 percent. Hospital image have an effect on
more dominant to patient satisfaction.
