Pengaruh Perilaku Pemberian Asi Dengan Status Gizi Balita Di Puskesmas Wangi-Wangi Kabupaten Wakatobi

This study aims to determine the effect of breastfeeding behavior on the
nutritional status of toddlers in the working area of the Wakatobi Health Center
in 2022. This quantitative research using cross sectional method which was
conducted on 159 respondents, using research questionnaires with univariate,
bivariate, and multivariate analysis.
The results showed that: The variable frequency of breastfeeding has a
value (p (0.000) <0.05), variable method of breastfeeding has a value (p 0.000 <
0.05), the MP ASI variable value (p 0.000 <0.05), meanin so that there is a
significant effect to status of toddlers at the Wangi-Wangi Health Center,
Wakatobi Regency. The independent variable with the greatest influence on the
nutritional status of children under five is MP ASI. Recommendations for health
workers and posyandu cadres to conduct counseling about the effect of
breastfeeding on the nutritional status of toddlers.
