Strategi Pemerintah Desa Meningkatkan Partisipasi Masyarakat Dalam Pembangunan Infrastruktur Desa Gerbang Sadu Distrik Nabire Barat Kabupaten Nabire Papua

This study aims to determine how the Village Government Strategy to
Increase Community Participation in Village Infrastructure Development.
Data were obtained through survey research, field research including
interview observations and questionnaires.
The results of the analysis show that: The problem of backwardness and
poverty still haunts the Indonesian people, especially in rural communities
with minimal facilities and infrastructure such as roads, educational
facilities, health that desperately needs a touch of government
management that can improve living standards.
Efforts to address the problem of backwardness of the community, there
needs to be a method to address it with a planning pattern strategy,
determine the purpose of organizational performance, perspective strategy
in shaping the mission, and activity pattern strategy that is the
implementation of work. The role of the implementation of the strategy
pattern can increase community participation in the development of
existing infrastructure in Gerbang Sadu Village, West Nabire District,
Nabire Regency.
