Implementasi Penyelenggaraan Program Promosi Kesehatan Di Era Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional Di RSUD Wakatobi

Health promotion is a program designed to bring about change both in
one’s own society and within its organization and environment. The purpose of
this study is (1) Analyze the level of knowledge about health promotion on the
implementation of hospital health promotion at Wakatobi Regional Hospital. (2)
Analyze the effect of monitoring and evaluation on the implementation of hospital
health promotion at Wakatobi Regional Hospital. (3) Analyze the effect of
resources on the implementation of hospital health promotion at Wakatobi
Regional Hospital. This research is a descriptive study to analyze variables
related the factors that can affect the implementation of health promotion. The
variables studied were knowledge, resources, monitoring and evaluation. The
data analysis technique uses quantitative analysis which aims to determine
whether the hospital health promotion implementation program is declared to be
well implemented.
The results showed that the knowledge aspect, obtained a total value of 37
with a percentage of 92,50% has an average of 4,625 from a maximum value of
5,0 so that it’s included in the Very Good category. The resources aspect,
obtained a total value of 14 with a percentage of 87,50% has an average of 3,50
from a maximum value of 4,0 so that it’s included in the Implemented category.
Aspect of monitoring and evaluation, obtained a total value of 23 with a
percentage of 57,50% has an average of 2,875 from a maximum value of 5,0 so
that it’s included in the category of Less Implemented. Thus, it can be concluded
that the implementation of hospital health promotion program in the Era of
National Health Insurance (JKN) at Wakatobi Regional Hospital has not run
optimally from the aspect monitoring and evaluation.
