Pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja guru di Madrasa Aliyah Negeri Luwu Kecamatan Suli Kabupaten Luwu

This study aims to determine whether competence has a positive
and significant effect on Teacher Performance at the Luwu State
Madrasah Aliyah.
This research is a type of quantitative research. Respondents in this
study were 35 teachers at Madarasa Aliyah Negeri Luwu, Suli sub-district,
Luwu Regency. The data collection methods used in this study were
observation, questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis used
simple linear regression analysis.
The results of the study show that competence has a positive and
significant effect on performance. It has a positive effect because the
standardized coefficients beta value is positive at 0.504, while it has a
significant effect because the statistical significance coefficient value is
smaller than the 0.05 significance value (0.030 < 0.05). The coefficient of
competence because it gives a value of 0.504 explains that competence
has a positive relationship with performance variables.
