Pengaruh komitmen afektif terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kompensasi pada PT. Telkom Akses Makassar

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of affective
commitment on employee performance through compensation at PT. Telkom
Access Makassar. Collecting data using primary data with Questionnaire
Techniques. The population in this study were all employees who worked at PT.
Telkom Access Makassar as many as 100 employees using the Slovin sample
then obtained 50 samples. The results of the questionnaire have been tested for
validity and reliability. Methods of data analysis using linear regression analysis
techniques and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA).
Based on the results of the analysis, it turns out that the research
results prove that all hypotheses are accepted because affective commitment
has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Telkom
Access Makassar with a significant value (0.000) < (0.05) and affective
commitment has a positive and significant impact on employee performance
through compensation at PT. Telkom Access Makassar with the multiplication
result between Affective Commitment*Compensation (X*M) has a significant
value (0.000) < (0.05). This means that with the success of the company in
increasing the affective commitment approach by growing 'pride' in employees
which is also strengthened by compensation variables by adjusting "wages" for
employees, it can improve employee performance as seen from "Quality of
Work" and "Cooperation" with the impact the big one.
