Analisis Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Dan Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Guru Dan Pegawai Pada Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 8 Mallawa Kabupaten Maros

This study aims to analyze the relationship between learning motivation and
student learning outcomes at SMP Negeri 8 Mallawa, Maros Regency.
Descriptive analysis of the correlation of learning motivation to student learning
outcomes at Junior High School 8 Mallawa, Maros Regency and simple linear
regression analysis to determine the effect.
The data used are primary data and secondary data. The data collection
techniques used are through library research techniques and field research with
the methods of observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the results
of the study, it shows that learning motivation has a significant effect on student
achievement and has a good effect on improving student learning achievement at
school. Learning motivation has an effect on student achievement at SMP Negeri
8 Mallawa. This means that to achieve good and more effective achievements
based on the goals and expectations of the school, the provision of good
motivation is to improve student’s abilities and skills in the learning process
