This study aims to determine: to determine the effect of incentives
on employee performance motivation at UD. Harmoni Ali Madani Coca
Cola Official Distributor (CCOD) Bone. This type of research is
documentation with a quantitative approach and respondents. This type of

of 30 respondents. Respondent data was collected by distributing
questionnaires, observations, and documentation to UD employees.
