Pengaruh Pemberian Insentif Dan Pengembangan Karir Terhadap Motivasi Karyawan Pada CV. Rachmat Makassar

An incentive, both financial and non-financial, is a form of appreciation for
employee services to the company. It is realized that incentives can increase or
decrease work motivation. Because if employees view their incentives as
inadequate, their work motivation and work performance can decrease
drastically.
The formulation of the research problem is that Does the provision of
incentives have a significant effect on employee motivation? Does career
development have a significant effect on employee motivation? Does the
provision of incentives and career development together affect employee work
motivation?
This research used a quantitative and qualitative research. So quantitative
research is used because this research requires a sample being meant that
employees and management who are then asked to answer a number of
questions about the survey to determine the frequency and percentage of their
responses.
The research results indicated that career development has no significant
effect on employee motivation at CV. Rahmat Makassar. This is because of most
of the respondents' employees have a high school education background. So
employees are more focused on creating profits in order to increase company
profits, so that career development does not affect the performance of CV.

CV. Rachmat Makassar, incentive was given to employees who are able to
achieve the targets that have been set. So, with incentive employees become
more enthusiastic at work. So that it has a positive impact on sales at CV.
