Implementasi Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia Dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Pegawai Di Kantor Kecamatan Panakkukang Kota Makassar

The aims of this study were to: (1) determine the description of
human resources at the Panakkukang District Office, Makassar City, (2) to
determine the performance of employees at the Panakkukang District
Office, Makassar City, (3) to determine the implementation of human
resource management at the Panakkukang district office in the city of
Makassar.
This type of research is a descriptive qualitative located at the
Panakkukang District Office, Makassar City. Sources of data are sub�district heads, employees (primary data), and relevant documents and
books (secondary data). Methods of collecting data by conducting
observations, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique
was carried out by means of data reduction, data presentation, verification
and drawing conclusions. Determination of informants using purposive
sampling technique. The number of informants in this study were five
people. Testing the validity of the data using the triangulation test
technique.
The results showed that: The Camat has good managerial skills by
looking at the preparation of plans, management of employees and
leadership. Panakkukang District Office employees have good work
professionalism in terms of their ability to understand their respective
duties and functions. Employee performance in general is good based on
the results of interviews with the objects of quality, quantity, timeliness,
effectiveness, independence and work commitment. Implementation is
seen from employee placement, employee development, performance
appraisal, employee rewards and employee welfare has been going well in
accordance with applicable regulations.
